Up to two revision rounds are included. The quotation attached is itemised line by line, fixed in price, and fully transparent. No "provisional sums".

One document. Everything is in writing: the exact price, the exact scope, the start date, and the handover date. Nothing in our contract means "this might change later". If the scope changes at your request, we prepare a written variation order — you see the cost and approve it before we proceed. Not after.

Before a single tool enters your property, we obtain every required municipal permit, pre-order all materials, and fully brief your in-house team. Nothing is improvised on day one. Materials arrive the day they are needed. Your team knows your project inside out before they arrive.

Your dedicated in-house team works to the signed schedule. Your project manager is on site every day and sends you a photo walkthrough report every Friday — wherever in the world you are. You can visit your property at any time during working hours. No appointment, no request, no notice needed. It is your home.

We walk through every room together with a snag list. Any items noted are resolved within 5 working days at our cost — no debate, no invoice. You receive your keys, all CERA electrical certificates, all building permits and structural sign-offs, and your 5-year structural warranty document.
