Project
A Cyprus-based tech company needed a new headquarters fit-out in the city centre. The brief: a modern open-plan workspace for 40 staff, 4 meeting rooms, a server room, and a break-out area.
Scope
Acoustic suspended ceiling with integrated LED grid, raised access flooring, Legrand electrical systems, server room with dedicated A/C, custom-built meeting room partitions with glass panels, and kitchenette.
Result
Delivered within the 6-week schedule with staff moving in on Monday as planned.
