Can you renovate a hotel while it remains open?
Yes. We specialise in phased hotel programmes that allow you to keep the majority of rooms in service. Typically we work in blocks of 8–12 rooms at a time, completing each block before moving to the next.
How do you handle guest noise during renovation?
Noisy work (breaking, drilling) is scheduled for agreed low-occupancy periods or before guest check-in hours. All areas are sealed and dust-protected. We assign a dedicated site supervisor responsible for housekeeping coordination.
Do hotel renovations require special permits in Cyprus?
Yes. Hotel works require CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organisation) approval for properties with operating licences. We prepare all documentation and liaise with CTO directly — this is included in our project management.
What is the cost per room for a hotel refurbishment?
A standard 3-star room refurbishment (25–30m²) runs €8,000–€14,000 per room, including new bathroom, flooring, decoration and furniture. Suites and 4/5-star standards are €18,000–€35,000 per unit depending on specification.
