Can smart home be retrofitted into an existing apartment?
Yes. We offer wireless KNX and Zigbee-based solutions that require no new wall chasing — ideal for renovated apartments. For new renovations, we always recommend pre-wiring KNX during the electrical stage, even if devices are installed later.
Which smart home platform do you recommend for Cyprus?
For residential properties we most often install KNX (industry standard, works with any brand) or Lutron Caseta for lighting-only projects. For smaller budgets, Zigbee-based systems (compatible with Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Amazon Alexa) offer excellent functionality at lower cost.
Can I control my Limassol property remotely when I am abroad?
Yes. All our smart home systems include remote access via app. You can control climate, lighting, security cameras, door locks and check sensor alerts from anywhere in the world — as long as you have an internet connection.
What happens if the smart home system needs support after installation?
We provide 12 months of free remote support after installation. We can diagnose and fix most issues remotely. We also offer annual maintenance contracts. All systems are installed with local control fallback — if the internet goes down, physical switches still work normally.
