What is the best window material for Cyprus?
Thermally broken aluminium is most popular for Limassol properties — durable, corrosion-resistant in coastal air, available in any RAL colour, and excellent for large glazed areas.
How long does manufacture take before installation?
Custom aluminium windows take 3–5 weeks to manufacture after approved drawings are signed. PVC units take 2–3 weeks. We book your installation slot when the order is placed so there is no waiting time between delivery and fitting.
Do new windows qualify for energy renovation grants in Cyprus?
Yes. Replacement windows with a minimum U-value of 1.4 W/m²K qualify under the SAVE programme. We provide the technical documentation required for your grant application, and we can coordinate the window replacement as part of a broader energy renovation project.
Will replacing windows cause plaster damage around the frames?
Some minor plaster damage around the frame is normal when removing old windows. We include internal plaster making good and external sealant in our installation price — so you receive finished, painted reveals, not just bare frames.
