Can you complete a restaurant fit-out in time for a seasonal opening?
Yes. We have experience working to hard opening deadlines. Typically a 150m² restaurant fit-out takes 5–6 weeks from start of works. We build the opening date into the contract.
Do you install commercial kitchens to Health & Safety standards?
Yes. All commercial kitchens are installed to EU food safety and HACCP flow requirements. We coordinate with your ventilation engineer and equipment supplier, and supply the Department of Labour inspection pack at handover.
Can you help design the restaurant layout before starting works?
Yes. Our in-house designers create full 3D layouts showing table positions, bar design, kitchen flow and lighting. Most clients see the finished space in 3D before any work begins.
What permits are needed for a restaurant fit-out in Limassol?
You will need an operating licence from the Municipality and approval from the Department of Labour for the commercial kitchen. We prepare and submit all technical drawings required for these applications.
