What decking material works best in Cyprus climate?
Large-format porcelain (60×60 or 40×80) is our most popular choice — heat-resistant, UV-stable, and virtually maintenance-free. Ipe hardwood and composite timber are also excellent options for a warmer, more natural feel.
Can you build a pergola with a motorised roof?
Yes. We install louvred roof pergola systems with motorised aluminium blades, integrated drainage channels, LED strip lighting and optional infrared heating. These extend outdoor living from April through to November in Limassol.
Does terrace work require planning permission?
Minor terrace works (resurfacing, pergolas up to a certain size) generally do not require a permit. Larger pergolas, roofed structures or changes to external walls may require approval from Limassol Municipality. We check at the survey stage and advise before any costs are committed.
Can you create an outdoor kitchen and dining area?
Yes. We design and build complete outdoor kitchens with built-in BBQ, sink with plumbing, outdoor-rated refrigerator niche, and weather-protected cabinetry in marine-grade aluminium or rendered masonry. We include all electrical and plumbing connections in the fixed price.
